The term ‘Submarine’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Agreement to Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to Submarine. The Site (submarine-watch.com) is the property of Submarine. By using the site, you are agreeing to the following listed terms; if you do not agree, please refrain from using this site.

Submarine reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. In compliance with these Terms of Use, Submarine grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Submarine or its content suppliers and protected by Malaysia copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Submarine and protected Malaysia copyright laws.

Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Each user is entitled to one Submarine account. Account verification is done via verification of the user’s mobile phone number. Should there be an error with the account verification process, kindly contact Submarine by email at tayeesdnbhd@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy may be modified periodically and kindly review our Privacy Policy for your apprehension of Submarine’s practices.

Pricing & Payments

Prices for products displayed in Submarine-watch.com are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information, Submarine reserves the right to withdraw or amend at any time without prior notice.

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that:

• any debit / credit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete.
• charges incurred by you will be honoured by your debit / credit card company.
• you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

Direct online transfer is also accepted and do note that orders will be processed once payment has been acknowledged.

Configure to Order (CTO) Products & Customer Specific Orders (CSO)

Submarine strongly encourages you to carefully review orders for goods that are either custom-configured to your specifications or customer specific orders. Orders for CTO & CSO goods cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted. Submarine requires a 100% non-refundable deposit for any CTO goods & CSO goods. Refunds/Exchanges/Return will not be provided on CTO or CSO goods should a change of mind occur.

Warranties

Submarine will, at our discretion, honor the standard manufacturer warranties. Each individual product is entitled to its own manufacturer warranty period & each product will have its warranty period judged individually, irrespective of if the products were originally ordered in bulk.

Promotions

By using the Site, you agree to comply and abide to all terms and conditions stipulated in each respective promotional activity, event and campaign governed by Submarine.

Promotions implied may run in the following formats: direct discounts, purchase with purchase (PWP), coupon codes, voucher codes, member-exclusive promo, gift card and referral code.

Each promotion format can only be used once per transaction per account and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions unless otherwise stipulated.

Submarine reserves the right to hold or cancel any order which violates any promotion’s terms and conditions.

Fraud

By using the Site, you confirm that the information provided is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your purchase and/or account can be terminated without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by Submarine in its sole discretion. Should your account be revoked, Submarine reserves the right to refuse application for readmission to Submarine-watch.com.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return or exchange is allowed within seven (7) working days from date of receipt and proof of purchase must be presented.

Return and/or exchange of an order is only allowed for the following conditions:

• Incorrect item: Item does not match the description or specification by which they were sold.
• Damaged item: Order is received in a damaged state.
• Defective item: Item has signs of manufacturing defect or dysfunctional.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation is not allowed for paid order and in the delivery stage. Submarine strongly encourages users to review your cart before proceeding for payment.

Cancellation and refund can be made under the following conditions:

• The item must be shipped back to Submarine within seven (7) working days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt)
• Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• Items must be unused or have not been installed.
• All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items (unless our service centre can ascertain that they were found defective at the time of opening).

Refund will be processed should the item be inspected and verified that the item was in perfect condition as described above.

Refund will take up to fifteen (15) working days upon verification.

Modification & Removal

Submarine reserves the right in our sole discretion to modify or remove any documents, information or other content displayed on the Site, including this Agreement, without further notice to users of the Site.
