However, there are times wherein errors happen.You are required to e-mail us at your Return Request within 7 operating days from the date you obtained the product(s) or we reserve the proper now no longer to take care of your request. To make a return request,

Step 2: We will send you a Return Request Form via email
Step 3: Fill up the form and submit.
Step 4: You will hear from us within 2 working days to process your request.
Do NOT return your product(s) until you hear from us.
You are required to present the supporting document(s) for your return and refund request for our verification purposes. We reserve the right to decline your return request should you fail to submit the required document(s). The supporting documents are:
A copy of order notification or invoice as proof of purchase from us
Picture(s) of the defective, damaged or wrong product(s)
You will receive an email from us upon approval of your return request.
For delivery on approved return requests within Malaysia, we will arrange our authorized logistic partner to collect the returned product(s) from you.
For delivery on approved return requests outside of Malaysia, we will contact you to make arrangements for the return parcel.
Return shipping charges may apply subject to the reason for return (apply for both deliveries within/outside Malaysia). Please refer to the table below for buyer/seller responsibility:

Our return policy allows cancellation due to change of mind for a full refund only before the item has been delivered to the customer’s address. Once the item has been delivered, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or canceled frankly.
Warranty Policy
Your watches purchased on this website is warranted by Ta Yee.Sdn.Bhd and guaranteed to be new, genuine and 100% authentic.
- Warranty Duration:
- All watches purchased through our online store are covered by a 6 to 12 month warranty starting from the date of purchase under the term and conditions of this warranty. The warranty period varies on the model of product. For more details, you may refer to the warranty certificate. The warranty only comes into force if the warranty certificate is dated. A valid warranty certificate is correctly completed and stamped by an official US SUBMARINE dealer .
- Coverage:
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- It includes the watch movement, dial, and hands.
- Exclusions:
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, water exposure beyond indicated ratings, alterations, or unauthorized repair attempts.
- The warranty does not cover wear and tear, aging, scratches, fade straps and batteries.
- The warranty does not cover damaged or worn case, band, crown & glass.
- The watch handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services or repairs) or which undergoes alterations in its original condition beyond Ta Yee Sdn. Bhd. control. Any further claim against Ta Yee Sdn. Bhd. e.g. for damages additional to the above described guarantee is expressly excluded, except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.

- We will repair or replace, at our discretion, any watch determined to have a manufacturing defect covered under the warranty.

- Our liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair or replacement of the watch as outlined above.
- We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
Deliver Method & Timing
-Deliver services only available within Malaysia region(Gdex).
-Goods will be post out within 3 working days(Mon-Fri) after placing order.
Product Care
Chemical products
Avoid direct contact with solvents, detergents, mosquito repellent, perfumes, sun creams or other cosmetic and chemical products since they may damage the bracelet, the watch case, the glass or other synthetic and natural parts of your watch.
Bathing in the sea
After submersion in seawater, use plain water to rinse all salt and dirt from the watch. Sea water especially affects the quality of the leather, painting and plastic.
Excessive sweating
For user that sweats a lot, be aware to clean the watch because it might lead to colour fading or corroded watch parts including straps, crown or case.
Water-resistance
Please be aware that different model have different water-resistant level as stated in the description. Do not operate its buttons or crown while it is submersed in water or wet.
